Our Commercial Building Inspection Report includes an examination of the mechanical systems, with written report that includes pictures detailing general condition, observed maintenance practices, deficiencies, and recommendations for repairs or replacement.

 

Inspect the following to identify type, material, condition, safety concerns and other issues: water supply distribution systems, fixtures and faucets, drain, waste and vent systems, water heating systems and their fuel storage and distribution systems, drainage sumps, sump pumps, sewage ejection pumps and related piping.

 

We perform a visual inspection of all the water fixtures which includes operation and visual inspection of drains and traps looking for signs of weeping or leaks.

 

All deficiencies are included with picture and written report listing type of deficiencies and recommended course of action to rectify.

 

We evaluate condition of your fixtures and note any deficiency that will lead to incurring replacement cost in near future..

 

We do a visual inspection of hot water tanks, boilers and tankless boilers. We inspect the Pressure Relief Valve and drain for deficiencies and include pictures and serial numbers in report.
