Our Commercial Building Inspection Report includes an examination of the mechanical systems, with written report that includes pictures detailing general condition, observed maintenance practices, deficiencies, and recommendations for repairs or replacement.
Older and defective HVAC will require a more detailed inspection by a furnace or boiler technician which would involve partial disassembly and specfic tests of components.
We perform a visual inspection of the heating and cooling equipment, distribution systems, controls, enconomisers and dampers.
All deficiencies are included with picture and written report listing type of deficiencies and recommended course of action to rectify.
We evaluate any combustion heating equipment for visible flame efficiency which can indicate more serious problems.
We do a visual inspection of older boiler systems for indications of asbestos insulation.
Our reports include serial numbers, model numbers, rated amps and BTU's of Air Conditioning units. We also include serial, model and age of gas furnaces and boilers.

Thermal Imaging allows us to see defects such as missing insulation, hidden wet areas and hot spots that the average building inspection can miss.
