Inspect the following to identify type, material, condition, safety concerns and other issues to missing fire separations, missing fire dampers, missing or in-operative door closers, penetrations through rated systems and missing fire stopping. We also evaluate the fire separation to ensure it meets the rated requirement for various occupancies.
