Roger was born in York England and emigarated to Canada in 1956. Roger started contracting in the early seventies. In the eighties Roger moved from renovations into the house building, becoming a Registered Builder with HUDAC. HUDAC is what Tarion replaced to provide protection for home buyers. Roger and his wife live in Barrie Ontario. They own their own home and investment properties located in Simcoe County. After a career as a Platoon Chief in the fire department, Roger moved into Project Reviews and was in charge of reviewing and inspecting projects ranging in value from tens of thousands of dollars to millions of dollars. Some projects lasted for up to two years. As a result of his training and thirst for knowledge Roger has completed all of the Part 9 courses for Residential Housing and Majority of the Part 3 courses and is a Certified Building Code Official with the Ontario Association of Building Officials. As the owner of Commercial Building Inspector he has invested in Thermal Imaging technology and the first to offer these services in Simcoe County.

Roger Frost is a Certified Building Code Official with the Ontario Building Officials Association of Ontario. Roger has background of over 30 years with the Fire Department inspecting buildings.

 

The last 7 years of his career he was in charge of Project Reviews which encompassed overseeing some projects that exceeded 10 million dollars per building.

 

In the early 70's Roger was a Registered Bulder with HUDAC, which has now been replaced with TARION.

 

Roger has performed over 4,000 buildings and WETT inspections. He is currently employed by a multi-national company for all their apartment building inspections and also perfoms many mult-occupancy inspections for large investment companies.

 

As an innovator and leader in the inspection industry, Roger was the first inspector in Simcoe County to offer Thermal Imaging as part of his inspection services.

 

 

Our commercial inspection reports are informative and descriptive in nature, taking care to identify and clarify any and all deficiencies encountered. We use the ASTM Standard
